WOODBRIDGE CALENDAR<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The By Laws state the Board can set its own schedule for meetings. Going forward, we will have a meeting at least quarterly, but other meetings will be scheduled as needed. However, any Board meeting will be announced to the homeowners by email with a link to attend by ZOOM or TEAM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BOARD MEETINGS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

HOA members are invited to observe Board meetings online. To clarify this process and to minimize disruption, the Board has agreed to the following guidelines for homeowner attendance:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Community manager will send an email blast with a Zoom or Microsoft Teams link to homeowners the day before each monthly Board meeting. Homeowners should notify manager if they plan to attend so he\/she will know to look for you to include you in the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a. Non-owner guests must have an owner sponsor and will not be admitted to the meeting without a 5-day prior request to join.
b. You should be in the Microsoft Teams waiting room prior to the start of the meeting in order to prevent disruption.
c. Make sure your name is listed when you join the Microsoft Teams waiting room. Unfamiliar phone numbers or names will not be granted entry.
d. Homeowners may observe the Board meeting but should use the Homeowners Forum time for any comments and suggestions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TRASH SERVICE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trash is picked up every Wednesday at the curb. No pickup on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. If one of these holidays falls on or before Wednesday the pickup will be made one day later. WASTE MANAGEMENT<\/a> 719-623-8877<\/p>\n\n\n\n
