ACC REQUEST FORMS may be filled out on the Dorman Portal website (Our Management Company) by clicking on: www.dormanrealestate.com
Once you sign into your account, please complete the following steps:
(1) On your Dashboard page you will see on the left side MY ITEMS & REQUESTS
(2) Under that heading click on ACC REQUESTS
(3) Click on: ADD ACC REQUEST
(4) Click on: CHOOSE AN ACC TYPE from the drop-down menu
(5) Type in: Complete details of your request
(6) You may add files and photos
(7) Submit the form
