Woodbridge Townhomes is a covenant-controlled community located in southwest Colorado Springs, situated at the foot of Cheyenne Mountain and approximately three miles south of the city’s downtown business district. The neighborhood was developed in five phases between 1981 and 1983 and includes 64 townhomes — a mix of 26 ranch-style and 38 two-story units — thoughtfully arranged around landscaped common areas and a central water feature with bridges and waterfalls.

Many homes back to the fairways of the Country Club of Colorado, offering scenic views and a quiet residential setting. The community is known for its open design with no perimeter fencing and shared outdoor spaces that foster a sense of openness and neighborliness.

The Woodbridge Townhome Owners Association is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by homeowners. The Association is responsible for maintaining common areas, enforcing community rules, and ensuring the long-term integrity and value of the neighborhood. The Board’s mission is to preserve and enhance the community while promoting a safe, respectful, and cooperative environment for all residents.
