Woodbridge is a 64-unit privately owned covenant-controlled
community located on Broadmoor Valley Road. The townhomes
are situated in a beautiful park-like setting with a pond, waterfall
and picnic area in the central common area. The property is
bordered by the Country Club of Colorado golf course. A Board of
Directors and a Management Company oversee the complex built
in 1981.
Our seventh annual "Picnic at the Pond" was held on August 9th,
2008 (Saturday) at 5:00 PM. The HOA provided Fried Chicken and
the home owners and renters furnished desserts and side dishes.
